Allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order. Please take into consideration peak periods and allow up to 4 business days to dispatch your order.

If you refuse any shipments from Happi Teeth, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must follow up this up with your local post office, as we aren't responsible for packages that haven't been delivered.
