Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1) The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
2) The product is in original condition (Has not been used).
3) You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.happiteeth.com.
Once all criteria is confirmed, an address will be provided for product to be sent to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We're sorry! Accidents happen and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately at email@example.com so we can get this sorted for you.
We cannot be responsible for any custom's restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in specific countries. The responsibility is yours to check whether your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.
