About the Happi Brush
How old do you need to be to use the Happi Teeth brush?
Our current mouthpieces are suitable for adults and children between 3-14 years old.
Do I need a separate brush for each member of the family?
Each member of the family will require their own mouthpiece for oral hygiene purposes however one handpiece is enough for all members of the family. The mouthpiece is easily detachable from the handpiece and simple to attach. We do however recommend each member having their own handpiece for the purpose of convenience.
Are there different sizes for the mouthpiece?
The flexible silicone material adapts to mouths of all sizes, so we don’t require different adults sizes. After analysing more than 2,000 adults, we’ve discovered sets of teeth do not differ significantly in terms of size, even between men and women. Whilst the children's mouthpieces contains two different sizes 3-7 & 8-14.
Does the Happi brush also work with braces?
Yes it does! The silicone bristles are soft enough to ensure gentle contact with the braces providing no damage whatsoever.
How often should my mouthpiece be replaced?
Similar to a normal toothbrush, we recommend replacing it - every 3-6 months.
Are the bristles on the mouthpiece soft or hard?
The bristles are made out of a gentle silicone material, providing a soft touch yet a thorough clean.
What’s the best method to clean my Happi brush?
Simply rinse the mouthpiece under water, making sure to get in between each of the bristles and base of the mouthpiece.
How long will the battery last?
A completely charged Happi brush will provide enough battery to brush your teeth twice a day for two weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship Australia wide.
What are my delivery options?
We currently offer standard Australia Post shipping at a cost of $9.00 and FREE shipping for orders over $130.00AUD.
When will I receive my order confirmation email or tracking number?
Order confirmation email will be sent to you after you have made a purchase from us and your payment is confirmed/successful. Shipping confirmation email is sent out 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, it's likely it could have been marked as spam (within your inbox) or you might have mistyped your email address. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add our emails to your safe list. You can also send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number/details and we’ll be able to check for you.
How long will my order take to deliver?
After your order has been dispatched please allow 2-8 business days to arrive. An email with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched which can be expected 2-3 business days after your order is made.
Why have I not received my refund (if applicable)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take up to 10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at immediately.
What should I do if I’ve provided the incorrect shipping details?
Please contact us immediately if you notice that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to make any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched. Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidised reshipping postage fee of $5AUD (per item). Please ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
